LMK Interiors LLC, is a full service interior design firm specializing in full renovation projects, remodels and interiors that reflect a warm modern aesthetic made for your Luxury Desert Lifestyle.
Full Service Design
Our full service design is led by founder/interior designer and works with other qualified contractors and/or design professionals.
Projects include Custom or Spec Builds - local
Large Renovations - local, budget of $500,000 or more
Mid Scale Renovations - local, budget minimum $200,000
Interior Furnishings - local, budget $100,000 or more
Design Fee is approximately 10% of total project budget. The Design Fee is dependant on the total project scope.
Full Service Furnishings
This is for clients that only need Furnishings and/or Accessorizing. Whether you need a entire home furnished or a select room in the home all furnishings are sourced from many manufactures and/or local retail shops.
Designer Discounts may apply depending on sourcing.
Consulting Hours
This is for clients that have questions, need guidance and want to confirm selections.
Design Consult Fee at $250 per hour
Accessorizing
This is for clients that need the finishing touches to make their home complete.
We select all the decor, bedding, pillows, small accent/art, lamps, and area rugs.
Budget minimum is $1500
Design Fee between $500 to $1500 per room
